1. Who qualifies
The Founding Partner Program is open to the first 100 organizer accounts that (a) submit a Founding Partner application through this site, (b) are approved by Mega Tickets USA in our sole discretion, and (c) publish at least one paid event on the platform within 90 days of approval.
Slots are filled in the order applications are received and approved. We reserve the right to close the program at any time, including before all 100 slots are filled, and to decline applicants who do not meet our publishing, payment, or anti-fraud standards.
2. The Founding Partner rate
Approved Founding Partners pay 1.5% + $0.99 per ticket sold through Mega Tickets USA, in place of the standard published rate (currently 2% + $0.99). The Founding Partner rate applies to:
- All paid tickets sold via your active organizer account.
- The platform fee component only — payment processing fees charged by our payment partners (Stripe, Square, or successors) are passed through unchanged and are not affected by this program.
Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and any third-party add-on fees (e.g. Mega Ride add-ons, Mega Connect features sold separately) are governed by the standard Terms of Service and the Organizer Agreement.
3. "Active and in good standing"
The 1.5% rate stays in place for as long as your account is active and in good standing, which means all of the following:
- The account has at least one paid event published, or one ticket sold, in any rolling 12-month period.
- You are current on payouts, refund obligations, taxes, and chargeback fees owed to Mega Tickets USA.
- You are in compliance with the Terms of Service, the Organizer Agreement, the Dispute Policy, and applicable law.
- The account has not been suspended for fraud, ticket flipping, deceptive marketing, or other policy violations.
If your account becomes inactive (no published or sold events for 12 consecutive months), the Founding Partner rate is paused. You can reactivate it by publishing or selling within the next 90 days; after that, the standard rate applies.
4. Non-transferability
The Founding Partner rate is tied to the originally approved organizer account. It does not transfer to a different legal entity, a sold or assigned account, or a successor company in a merger or acquisition unless we agree to the transfer in writing.
Creating multiple accounts to claim the rate on additional businesses, or sharing your Founding Partner status with third parties, is a violation of these terms and may result in removal from the program.
5. When the rate can change
We will not raise the platform fee above 1.5% + $0.99 for Founding Partners in good standing during the program's life. We may update these terms to:
- Reflect changes in payment processor fees, tax laws, or regulatory requirements that we are required to pass through.
- Add or modify optional add-on services (e.g. premium features) that are sold separately and that you choose to opt into.
- Clarify ambiguous language without changing the substance of the 1.5% rate or the eligibility criteria.
Material changes will be announced by email to your account address at least 30 days in advance, and posted on this page. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Termination
You may exit the Founding Partner Program at any time by notifying support; doing so reverts your account to the standard published rate. We may remove an account from the program for the reasons listed in section 3 (loss of good standing) or section 4 (non-transferability), or if the account is closed by either party under the standard Terms of Service.
7. Disclaimers and full terms
This page describes the Founding Partner Program. It does not replace the Terms of Service or the Organizer Agreement, both of which apply to your use of Mega Tickets USA in full. Where there is a conflict, the more specific document controls (i.e. this page controls the rate; the Organizer Agreement controls the rest of the relationship).
Mega Tickets USA LLC operates as the Merchant of Record. Comparative pricing references on the marketing site are illustrative and based on publicly observed pricing categories; they are not a guarantee of any specific competitor's current rate.
