Creating Your First Event

From blank page to published event in 7 simple steps.

Click "Create Event"

From your dashboard, hit the prominent "Create Event" button in the top-right corner. This opens the event creation wizard.

Fill in event details

Enter your event name, select a date and time, choose the venue and city, and write a compelling description. Be specific -- attendees search by city and category.

Let AI write your description

Click the sparkle button next to the description field. Our AI Writer generates a professional, engaging event description in seconds based on your event details.

Upload your event image

Add a high-quality cover image (16:9 recommended). This is the first thing attendees see. Make it count -- events with custom images sell 3x more tickets.

Set ticket types & prices

Create multiple ticket tiers: General Admission, VIP, Early Bird. Set individual prices, quantities, and sale windows for each tier.

Enable Power-Ups (optional, per event)

In the new "Boost this event with our ecosystem" block, toggle the products you want active for this specific event:

Install Mega Tickets Staff on every phone that will be at the door. Free, no separate account needed.

Sign in with your organizer account

Use the same email + password as megaticketsusa.com/organizer. Your team members log in with the staff invites you sent.

The app lists your active events. Tap the one happening tonight to enter scanner mode.
