FAQ

Questions, Answered

How do I get my ticket?

Right after checkout your digital ticket appears in your Mega Tickets USA account, with a QR code you can open on your phone at any time. Nothing to print.

Do children pay?

No. Children up to 15 enter free — just grab a Kids ticket for each child so we know they're coming.

Why does the price go up?

Tickets are sold in batches. Each batch has a limited number of tickets and a closing date — when one closes, the next opens at a higher price. The gate price is always the highest one.

How do the VIP tables work?

Each table seats 4 people and is bought as a whole — you pick your table on the map and it's yours for the night. Tables are limited and they're the first thing to sell out.

Is the price I see the price I pay?

Yes. Every line is itemized before you pay, and the total shown is the total charged. No surprise at the last step.

How can I pay?

Checkout runs on Stripe: Apple Pay, Google Pay and the major cards. Your card details never touch our servers.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. Tickets can be transferred from your account in the Mega Tickets USA app — useful when you buy for the whole family or a friend can't make it.

Where is it, and is there parking?

Radio East — 3584 Montopolis Drive, Austin, TX 78741. There is on-site parking, and rideshare drop-off is right at the entrance.

September 5th. Radio East. See You There.

One day a year, Austin speaks Portuguese. Get your ticket while it's still in the current batch — the price only goes up from here.
