(01)What you get

Advertising shouldn't feel like a bet.

You see the price, the space and the dates before you reserve, and afterwards you can check what your billboard got.

  • A price you can see.One public price per week for each space, the same for everyone who books it. No auction, no bidding. Book 4 weeks or more and the whole booking is discounted.
  • Yours alone for the week. One advertiser per space per week, Monday to Sunday, Central Time. No rotation: every view of that billboard during your week is yours.
  • Start with one week. The smallest booking is one week. Nothing renews by itself: when your weeks end, the billboard comes down, and you decide whether to book again.
  • Numbers you can check.A private report shows views, clicks and click rate for every day. Every click carries UTM tags, so the visits show up in your own analytics too.

(02)Who it's for

Made for the night out.

If people might stop by before or after a show, or come to yours, this is for you.

  • Local businesses

People planning a night out still need dinner, a ride, an outfit, a fresh haircut. Be the place they pick.

    Ideas

    • A taco spot: “2-for-1 tacos every Tuesday” → your menu
    • A salon: “Show-night blowouts, book online” → your booking page
    • A ride service: “Get there and back, book ahead” → your booking page

Bars and venues are welcome: advertise your food, music or events, just without the drinks. What we don't run

  • Brands

    Ideas

    • A seasonal collection → the shop page
    • A product launch → its page

Put your event on the pages people browse to plan their night. One tap on your billboard takes them straight to your event page.

(03)Where it shows

Three spaces. Pick yours.

People browsing Mega Tickets USA are planning a night out: first the ticket, then dinner, a ride, an outfit. Your billboard sits on the pages where they decide. Pick a space to see it on the page.

Home page billboard

Where: on the home page, right before “Find your crowd” (after “Big nights ahead” when the home page shows that section).

The site's front page, right among the events people are browsing. Good for a name you want people to remember before they've picked a night.

Shown at 970×250 on computers · 300×250 on phones

Event pages billboard

Where: on every event page, right after “Plan the night” (ride, hotel and directions). Never between the visitor and the buy button.

People looking at a specific event and planning around it: where to eat, how to get there, what to wear.

Shown at 970×250 on computers · 300×250 on phones

Open any event: the billboard sits right after “Plan the night”.

Live Wire billboard

Where: on every Live Wire page (music and events news, artists, charts), right after the page's first section.

People reading about the scene: who's touring, what's new, what's coming.

Shown at 970×250 on computers · 300×250 on phones

Each space is booked on its own. The same two art files fit all three.

(04)Price & open weeks

Your price, live.

The same prices and open weeks you'll see when you reserve, live from our booking system.

Live prices and open weeks need JavaScript. See them on the reservation page.

(05)How it works

From booking to billboard.

The first week you can book always starts at least two days away.

  1. 01Reserve your weekPick a space and week, add your art and link, and reserve with your card through Stripe. Your week is held for 30 minutes while you check out.
What if I don't finish checking out?

The week goes back on sale after about 30 minutes, and nothing is charged.

  2. 02Your card is held, not chargedStripe places a hold for the total. Nothing is charged yet. Stripe handles your card; we never see the full card number. We e-mail you a private link to track or cancel your booking. Keep it private: anyone with it can cancel.
Anything to know about the hold?

On a debit card, a hold can lower your available balance until it's charged or released. Apple Pay and Google Pay may show up at checkout; both use your card.

  3. 03A person reviews your adSomeone on our team looks at your art and the page it links to, normally within 24 hours.
    What if you decline it?

We may decline an ad that promotes another ticket seller, shows something our Ad Policy doesn't allow, can't be read clearly or links to a page that doesn't work or doesn't look safe, or, at our discretion, for another reason. The hold is released, you pay $0, and we let you know by e-mail, with a link to book again. Not sure about yours? Ask us before you book.

What if you don't decide in time?

If we haven't decided within 6 days of your reservation, or by the time your first week starts, whichever comes first, the hold is released and you pay nothing.

  4. 04Approved, then chargedOnce we approve, we charge your card and e-mail you the start date.
    Can I still cancel?

Yes, until your first week starts, from your private report link. You get a full refund to the same card, usually in 5–10 business days; your bank sets the exact timing.

  5. 05Live Monday at 12:00 a.m.Your billboard goes up at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on the Monday your week starts and runs through Sunday night, for every week you booked.
Can I change my art once it's booked?

Not yet. To use different art, cancel before your first week starts and reserve again.

  6. 06Watch your numbersYour private report shows views, clicks and click rate, day by day.
What happens when my weeks end?

The billboard comes down after your last Sunday. Nothing renews by itself: to run again, book another week from your report.

(06)Your art

Two files. All three spaces.

Make two images once and they fit all three spaces. They're standard ad sizes, so any designer, or any design app that lets you set a custom size in pixels, can make them.

Description
3 to 120 characters, read aloud to people who can't see images. E.g. “Taco Loco — 2-for-1 tacos every Tuesday”
Label
We add a “Sponsored” label just above your billboard. Your art doesn't need one.

No designer? A billboard that works

  • Your logo or business name, big.
  • One short line: what you offer and why now. E.g. “2-for-1 tacos every Tuesday”.
  • One thing people can do: “See the menu”, “Book online”.
  • Lots of empty space. On phones it's shown at 300×250, so if a line is hard to read on your own phone, make it bigger.

Don't draw buttons, menus, alerts or countdowns. For an 18+ or 21+ event, say so. Use only logos, photos and artist names you have permission to use.

Not sure your art fits? Ask us on WhatsApp before you book (opens in a new tab).

(07)Our promises

Three promises, in writing.

These are in our Advertising Terms, not just on this page.

  • Charged only if approved.

Reserving puts a hold on your card, not a charge. If we decline your ad, or haven't decided in time, the hold is released and you pay $0.

  • Free cancellation before your first week.

Cancel from your private report link any time before your first week starts. Not approved yet: the hold is released. Already charged: a full refund to the same card, usually in 5–10 business days. Your bank sets the exact timing.

  • Ad down because of us? The days come back.

If your billboard can't be shown on the pages you booked for 4 hours or more in a row because of a problem on our side (our site or its hosting), you get those days back: a refund for each day or, at our option and if one is open, an extra week of the same space. Tell us within 7 days after your last week.

    How the make-good works

What we don't promise: a number of views, clicks, visits or sales. Your report shows what we counted for your billboard, day by day.

(08)Ad Policy

What stays off our billboards.

Our event-pages billboard shows on every event page, family and all-ages events included. So for now, four things stay out:

  • Alcohol
  • Cannabis, CBD and hemp
  • Tobacco and vapes
  • Gambling

That covers what the ad shows or names (no drinks, bottles, cans, cigars, vapes, chips or bets), their makers, brands, distributors and stores (a brewery, a liquor or smoke shop, a dispensary, a casino or a sportsbook), and events built around them (a beer or wine festival, a tasting, a poker night, a cigar night). The page your ad links to can't be mainly about them either.

  • Restaurants, bars, clubs and venues are welcome. Advertise your food, your music, your events or your place, just without the drinks. Naming your venue is fine, even if the name mentions a drink.

Also never allowed: other ticket sellers and resellers (a link to your event on one counts too), adult content, weapons, drugs, political or cause ads, misleading claims, hateful or shocking content, anything that copies our brand, and anything illegal. Every ad has to suit a general audience, teens included.

(09)Questions

Before you decide.

How many people will see my billboard?

We don't promise a number of views, clicks or sales: traffic on the site changes from week to week, and we sell space and time, not results. What you can count on: your billboard is the only ad in its space all week, your private report shows every view and click we count, day by day, and every click carries UTM tags, so you can check the visits in your own analytics. Not sure yet? Book a single week, look at your report, then decide.

How do you count a view?

A view counts when at least half of your billboard is on the screen for one full second (the usual standard for a “viewable” ad), or as soon as someone clicks it, if that comes first. Views and clicks each count once every 30 minutes for the same visitor, and known bots and crawlers don't count. It's our best measurement, not an audited figure, and it may differ from your own analytics.

Can I choose who sees it?

No targeting by city, age, interest or event. Your billboard shows to everyone who visits the pages your space is on during your week, on computers and on phones.

Can a competitor advertise the same week?

Not in your space. Each space shows one brand per week. Another business can book a different space the same week.

Can I book more than one space?

Yes. Each space is booked on its own, so three spaces are three bookings. The same two art files work for all of them.

Can I get a receipt or an invoice?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) or write to contact@megaticketsusa.com and we'll send one with your company details.

Can an agency book for a client?

Yes. Whoever books must be authorized to book for the business named in the reservation.
